Will the Simline eSIM work in Germany?

When does my Germany eSIM start?
Activation is on first connection. The clock only begins once your phone first registers on a Germany network — perfect for buying in advance and travelling later.
Can I use my Simline Germany plan for calls and texts?
Plans are data-only. You can use WhatsApp / FaceTime / Telegram over data, and keep your home SIM for calls and SMS. No need to swap your normal number.
Do I need to be in Germany to install the eSIM?
No. Install the QR before you fly while you're still on wifi. The plan only starts counting down when you first connect on the ground.
What if my plan doesn't connect?
If your eSIM doesn't pick up a Germany network within 24 hours, contact in-app support and we'll refund within one business day. No data flow = full refund.
Does my phone support the Germany eSIM?
Most iPhones from XR (2018+), Pixel 3+, and Samsung Galaxy S20+ models support eSIM. See the compatibility page or run the in-app one-tap check (works without DE-region settings).
