Are prices in EUR?
By default yes, but checkout supports 38 currencies. Switch in-app and the displayed price is what you'll see on your statement.
Are there activation fees?
No. The number on the listing is the final price. No taxes added at checkout (we include them) and no per-activation charge.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund if the eSIM doesn't connect within 24 hours of activation. After data flows, plans are non-refundable. Plans you bought but never activated can be refunded within 30 days.
Can I top up an active plan?
Yes. From the Home screen, tap your active eSIM → Top up. New data is added to the existing line — no second install.
