When does my Uganda eSIM start?

Can I use my Simline Uganda plan for calls and texts?
Plans are data-only. You can use WhatsApp / FaceTime / Telegram over data, and keep your home SIM for calls and SMS. No need to swap your normal number.
Do I need to be in Uganda to install the eSIM?
No. Install the QR before you fly while you're still on wifi. The plan only starts counting down when you first connect on the ground.
What if my plan doesn't connect?
If your eSIM doesn't pick up a Uganda network within 24 hours, contact in-app support and we'll refund within one business day. No data flow = full refund.
Does my phone support the Uganda eSIM?
